Employee friendly policies Tax saving salary structure Constantly asking and implementing what employee wants If u r skilled ull get lot of opportunities

Dislikes

Upskilling can be improved by bringing in more educational support for benched employees. Internal job opportunities should be implemented and encouraged. Customer is important but at the same time employee should be too. Management should back employees at tough situation or escalations

Providing food for very low cost, that's the big thumbs up.

Dislikes

They need to provide free cab for their employees, irrespective of shifts. After completing night shift talking with our bike and reached home is highly risky. Atleast nodal pickup and drop is preferable. No Proper chairs to sit. Company should provide additional skills set training, need to provide free udemy subscription="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You never get perks and benefits for sure, exept saturatory bonus</mark>. IT team is not unsupportive. Casteism at its peak here, all higher level management are OC category person. Night shift allowance is too low, need to revise as per market....Read More

limited projects and over committed to the clients.compensation . some times we have to work on saturdays.

i worked in GAVS as individual contributor more than a year. over all it is good. some managers respecting people and some of the managers they don't know how to talk with people also. we can work maximum one year. they have very limited clients.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
