As i work in this company its a small firm and their is no skill development program in this company and inspite of salary their is no such benefits. Just time benefits we use to get and no growth.

As in this company i am their since 7.5 yrs but their is no carrier development in this company. So i have decided to go to a reputed company where i will get a chance to grow and learn more new things i.e. new programs, new enviornment of work etc.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
