Likes

GATI has best HR practices right from issuing offer letter, conducting appraisal, policies, etc. It's more in structured manner. It had good operations application but out dated one. Being Indian company and there's lesser attrition of oldies you will find that lots of things are people driven rather process driven.

Dislikes

People driven organisation rather process driven.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Too hectic with non-work life balance.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
