Work environment is not good, superior are not much supportive and talking nonsense everyday in the morning hurdle calls and increase work pressure & frustration in work. Company hire good HOD's but not change down line managers & some higher people who are still in the system from laste few decades and did nothing. They implant hisown puppets in some locations and these puppets got special treatment....Read More

Ground staff and some lower management people are working very hard and giving their complete effort.

Upper management wants work to be done, however the tools, armory are not being provided by them which is creating a low confidence level and go with the flow mindset.
