Good work experience environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good sallery hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is no issue in this company.

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I would like to say about it that for any fresh guy can apply here. It provides a chance to people who want to make his career with it.

Dislikes

This company don't provide any specific service or training session for its staff & even not to good salary or appraisal provides. Working growth is too poor.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
