One of the best company to work I have personally gained lot of knowledge here however need lot of improvements after Gati taken over by All Cargo Logistics

No firm instruction to team, partiality, clueless management and incapable employees getting promotion every 6 months and capable employees leaving because of frustration

Management don’t have any vision Poor and pathetic HR & Operations policies Absolutely pathetic work life balance, actually you don’t have a life. People are resistant to change, ave work ex is 15 years and they still want to work the same way

Upper management wants work to be done, however the tools, armory are not being provided by them which is creating a low confidence level and go with the flow mindset.
