There is no any particular likes and advantaged in sales in Gati

Mainly its all about services and connectiviry issues though after regular followups there wont be any reaolution in deliveries and also customer support would be there to followup still no improvements in delivery . secondly , there is no any proper team for pickups , so mainly delivery team focuses on deliveries by saying that there r huge load pending for deliver and even after escalated to ops manager ther wont be any rapid resolution for that due to this customer goes to other services . Moreover , There is no support from internal stack holders regarding for Retail business Growth they think ina way that the retail sales team a part of Gati But ultimatlmly mangement ask sales team for Business expansion they all r aware of the stuff happening in ground level but they didnt support on priority and take the action after everything and Every Business about to collapse ....Read More
