Likes

Fresh and young team, office location is good. Large no of Unis and several countries on the product list.

Dislikes

Team is young and in order to be optimally productive, training is imperative - which does not exist. It is against the company culture it seems !! You may pick up as and and when you work, on the go. Long working hours since there is no existence of a pre defined KRA for any staff. Everyone is expected to do and deliver everything.Since a formalised process of CRM management and learning does not exist, career growth / hike / promotion is solely at the discretion of management. Company supported me throughout the whole pandemic, though got 75% salary but salary we got on time
