As its a India's no. 1 company in Technical textile its very difficult to have good and competitive opportunities in other fields. If you want to enjoy the life with least work pressure, least most responsibilities you should join Quality department. If you want to grow yourself in all aspects (financially, skill matrix wise and with competitive edge) R&D is the department for you. You will have opportunity to interact with presidents panel and CMD too. If you are ok with working in shifts, ready to live without futuristic goal, with lower respect and with moderate increments join operations department. Growth in operations is truly depend on how many years you spend in this organization, your skill set, honesty and intelligence have rare value in this department. Rest all departments are good to work. I work in Rawnet Department which is part of Operations department and I was always seeking for the opportunity of growth in terms of skill set but in operations department I got very limited scope of improvement. Though it is good company for stability.
