Working at Motion Education Pvt Ltd has been an incredibly frustrating experience. They will kick out without prior notification. They paid nothing for Last three month. The work-life balance is non-existent; employees are expected to work long hours, often extending late into the night and on weekends, with no consideration for personal time. The company culture is toxic, with a lack of support from management and rampant favoritism. The salary is embarrassingly low for the amount of work demanded, and there are no real benefits to speak of. Holidays are minimal and often not honored, and there's a constant pressure to forgo time off for the sake of work.
