I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst company I have ever seen in 6 yes experience, workers over there are physically and mentally forced to do work. Company force them to work 12hrs and 16 hours. So please I request to the top management to focus and take action.
