The company culture & the seniors are really good & supportive. Company policies are good too

Dislikes

There are times when officials start talking to each other in their native languages which create a huge problem for outsiders. The leaves are a bit less in numbers.

Overall work life is good & chilling in nature. Not that much of a work pressure, the environment is quite light as well.

Perfect work life balance, 5 days work, no night shifts and no much work pressure, colleagues are supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Growth is restricted after reaching a certain stage, annual hike given is a bit less and training on latest techniques and skills not given much preference.

Work Details

Work life is very good, perfect for a fresher to join and gain some good experience for a fair beginning.
