Too much focus on systems, trial and errors are common, lack of direction and very high expectations with little or nil involvement of employees in decision process and communication is minimal from decision makers to employees.

A short tenure during which I performed as best possible wherein allocation of tasks and subjects were not done on basis of ability but just on availability and many teachers were not the best options for various subjects but had no choice.
