Having recently worked at GAO TEK, i can confidently say that the work environment is extremely smooth. one thing i really like about the company is how transparent they are with their hierarchy, which allows me to know who i should report to. moreover, everyone so far, especially the team leaders have been extremely responsive and supportive, and are willing to lend a helping hand if i do get stuck on tasks. i must admit that the work is repetitive, which limits opportunities to expand my HR skills. nevertheless, the experience in other aspects gained is invaluable. plus, the deadlines can be a bit demanding too, especially if you're doing this as your side-work.
