I didn't like anything about working with Ganesh Grains Limited. Worked as a Chartered Accountant, the highly unprofessional company I have ever worked with.

I recommend not to Join the company as dere is no Job security. Highly unprofessional company. Being the oldest (1936) dere values and behaviour are also very old. One man show as no heirchy only MD decision or approval. Whenever dey want to sack you, dey will transfer to u in any department and dan u r force to resign. Further, they will not give any Salary for the last month you worked and that's how dey maintain their PROFIT & LOSS. Lot of politics are dere in the company. Work life balance was good as dere is not so much work for the perfect candidate. They have parked Lamborghini in their Garage
