Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a good place. Company policies are not good. Appraisal are not fair and doesn't give good salary hike and bonus ever year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow
