Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? You will not do that work for which you are hired. No clerk for office work. They even pay less and expect to work. No teachers in the school and college. Whoever is there ,have to carry extra load of other teacher. Management is worst. They just expect respect from other. Worst school in PCMC Pune

People including manager is too arrogant.They hire male teacher only for donkey work.
