None, I worked with the organization for a year and All i learnt was why not to work with GAMMASTACK.

Dislikes

The MANAGEMENT and HR are very much similar to the "saas" of indian serials, what they do is they cheat whether it is the work related thing or even the salary, I worked with the organization for a year and I must say this is the worst organization one can be in. 1) Management and HR, pretend like they are upto good and tell you things like good growth opportunities and development opportunities are given, but in reality growth and development is far away, you are just here to work without any guidance or direction from upper management. 2) They kept appraisals on hold for employees, the yearly meetings were postponed, management has no idea how to get things done and the blame game starts. 3) During my tenure even after knowing where this organization is going, I gave my hardwork to the deeds and in the end what I got was nothing. 4) This is a organization which lies to its employees and clients, they create fake profiles of developers and pitch clients globally using various mediums, they misinform the clients. 5) People are leaving this organization due to this, this is going to not end well. 6) THE HR specially NEELAM KABRA SODHANI and ANJALI TIWARI are liers. They cheat on paper and even they try to intimidate you by providing fake promises and allegations as well....Read More
