Some recent employees were really bad. They miscommunicated a lot with management, did wrong calculations for salaries, lost documents, sometimes even forged documents, said really bad things about other employees. Fortunately management got to know this and gave warning, but that didn't stop it, so they fired the culprit. I believe these bad reviews are done by that person as they are all in the same time period when that person was fired.
