The work life balance is a little less given the big bets we take. Also a little less emphasis is on the depth to provide for breadth we learn here.

There are many perks like health insurance, term insurance, free lunch and evening snacks so you don't have to worry about the food. The scale is really good and you will have to handle the devops also you will learn those things as well.

Dislikes

Company culture has changed after the GST changes for real money gaming. Like health insurance amount has decreased by half and many other cost cutting measures are being taken but everyone is concerned about the looming danger of firing. Also culture is not being same as it was earlier. Many times you have to work on weekend to meet the deadline.

I got nice exposure to the gaming industry and worked on different projects from scratch. Lots of hard work goes into delivering quality work and that is something you need to keep up with. Management is okay and helps you with all resources.
