In India we were very limited set of people who transitioned from GSN Games Ind Pvt Ltd to Game Taco India Pvt Ltd. Being in Higher Management the our point of few was never taken into consideration which created lot of chaos and bad management by US team. In spite of all the pressure being in top level India management we tried to easy and create a good work culture and gave opportunities to rest of the team members in India. We worked as a single family. Now with Job security we always felt very obscured with calls taken by US Management, there were no proper reasoning given and the decisions taken out always out of blue which were not on merit. It was always poisoning and we had to deal with that in India. Company policies were defined by some 3rd party Org rather than opting from GSN games, and the 3rd party Org defined these policies and when asked on basic things India management was always pushed down the stairs....Read More

The calls taken wrt to India studio were bad.. US folks has taken all the calls without prior knowledge how any org operates in India.
