Gallagher has a good work environment , Work culture and ethics. But talking about growth in Gallagher there is no hike even if you work for 1 year whole long year . If you want hike then you need to beg your team leads, but Team leads are least bothered about the individuals progress and Growth. Politics in this company In Gallagher They provide Training for 1 month for new joiners, and there may be around 10-12 people in Team. I can tell that there will different kind of people in a Team, Team leaders will support only selected employees, not others, even you are efficient in your work Timings:- Morning shift:- 6AM - 2:45PM Afternoon shift :- 3PM - 11:45PM Night Shift:- 9PM - 5:45AM Hectic work culture there, because if a team member is absent or taken leave for long days, They make us to extend for 3 hours more but no extra pay for that....Read More
