There is proper coordination and cooperation among staff members. Job safety is there for good workers. People tend to leave the organisation only for betterment which is everywhere. Salary package is excellent. Work environment is good. Innovative research activities are encouraged by the management. Increments are performance based.

Dislikes

A few people in the organisation who have their own axe to grind indulge in petty politics and try to make ridiculous suggestions causing interference in others' work which is not a good tradeoff. A few officers who claim themselves to be close to management are egoistic. Management needs to keep a watch on such so-called favourites. Training programs for staff are needed so when necessary anyone could fit in any other person's place....Read More
