I do receive appreciation and good ratings on plugins etc., but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. HR policies change frequently and are applicable immediately.

Work Details

As a Sr. WordPress developer, my roles and responsibility are to manage and develop new ideas, create new functionality/modules, develop plugins and themes etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
