I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

IT & SAP team is worst. They don't respect their team members. I would not recommend anyone to work in SAP team especially. They are least bothered about their employees and thier problems / growth. They disrespect thier own employees , especially juniors in front of third party members./ External members which is the most worst thing.
