No pluses for the company. As a new employee one might feel taken care of by the company for a short while, generally until probation ends. You might also get to travel under normal circumstances depending on the department you’re working in.

1. No clear management structure. Need better structure for proper functioning of the firm. 2. The HR rules are company biased, with no benefits for the employees. 3. Appraisal and performance bonus have no clear and set basis for evaluation and generally happen on favouritism. 4. The deliverables are not well defined during the entire course of work tenure. 5. Fraud company , Chennai office is closed. No promotion and have all virtual offices . Fake promises to employees and only thing is they hire and in 3 months they Fire you without notice period and payment not paid to employees.

The Company doesn't have a proper Structure and work load and expectations are very high and nothing good about the organisation. Its an terrible experience all together. I suggest not to join the company as they simply waste time.

Work Culture horrible and doesnot have proper management and after recruitment and on job training suddenly they will terminate you with all excuses. My Overall experience are horrible. I recommend not to join if you have less package offer still go fo it.
