1. First of all this is my second review my first review was deleted by someone who don't like truth. 2. Having experience of more than 18 years in similar field, Gaja paid very Low salary 28k take home. This was escalated so many times to HR Head & Chennai Manager but no response. Being single person for purchase Dept. I handle lot of work pressure but I got such low salary. This is happened because of Chennai Manager convinently work with high pay who is not at all fit to that post. He only fixed low salary and said within 6 months he will raise my salary. Fake commitment 3. Whoever fit to his cheap politics they will get better salary hike and also proper recognisation. 4. Even after proving myself with good performance he has given false hope not recommend for increment. 5. All this was happened because of Chennai Manager Who is fit for nothing. 6. So many times we keep informed about this Chennai Manager but from HO they always use to hear only hierarchy words they will not consider people who really working for the sake of companies growth. 7. Gaja Engineering Pvt Ltd is Construction company. Now it's turn over is more than 1000 crores. I joined this company in 2016 as with in 1.6 yrs company promote me in senior position due my hard work in Inventory Department. Now present i am looking after three project.

Very good work culture. Growth is very high.Average working hours is 10-12 hrs.Appreciation by boss is good.
