Worst Company for any self respecting Guy ” Pros: nothing Cons: 1. Companies with high turnover won’t deliver on their promises and may just be a waste of time. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working 5.Manager driven and manager has more power. All are depends on your manager. 6.No hike for last 2 yrs. You should say 'yes' for what ever manager says. Else you won't get any hike for sure. Manager does not know how to run a project. Non technical manager won't understand any technical issues. HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend 7.He treats everyone like a labour which can not leave the company premise either before last bell rings or without his permission 8.Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. 9.They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benifit. 1. First of all this is my second review my first review was deleted by someone who don't like truth. 2. Having experience of more than 18 years in similar field, Gaja paid very Low salary 28k take home. This was escalated so many times to HR Head & Chennai Manager but no response. Be ing single person for purchase Dept. I handle lot of work pressure but I got such low salary. This is happened because of Chennai Manager convinently work with high pay who is not at all fit to that post. He only fixed low salary and said within 6 months he will raise my salary. Fake commitment 3. Whoever fit to his cheap politics they will get better salary hike and also proper recognisation. 4. Even after proving myself with good performance he has given false hope not recommend for increment. 5. All this was happened because of Chennai Manager Who is fit for nothing. 6. So many times we keep informed about this Chennai Manager but from HO they always use to hear only hierarchy words they will not consider people who really working for the sake of companies growth. 7.
