0 persent growh in my life after work Gabriel india limited Ahmedabad, sanand plant , because company provide more facilities but our HOD and plant top level manegement only grouth girls I am graduated and I have 4 years of experience in production department but my experience not useful for me currently I am former and work on my home this is reality

Department top HOD Mangement behaviour not good , skill not growth , no any one operator employe stay on sanand plant why? Every year employe job change , this is only for HOD issue I have wasted 4 years of my life

The company is open to innovative and latest technology. And I'm glade to part of a team in this company. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employees rehire police here.

Dislikes

Everything is good but the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours in a day. And sometimes employees have to do there work even when they feel not well or feel illness. It's very painful.
