Therefore, opportunities are immense for one to grow. I personally feel I can plan my retirement with this organization reason being this organization gives lot ofscope to learn and grow, welcomes ideas and gives cross functional employment opportunities. Within two years of time this company has expanded its wings at global level. It takes care of its employees well in times of emergencies and supports them by going the extra mile.
