So basically G A Capital Management is basically a Private Limited Company where the HR will show you a great picture about the company but whenever you get into the company learnings will be 0, salary does not come from the first month if the employee is unable to provide business upto 5times of their CTC. Whenever the salary does not come nobody will be there who will inform you when the salary will be credited. There is a total mismanagement in the company. Even there is a problem with their Provident Fund. They will inform you during the interview that the mediclaim card will come in time but after 2months also they will not provide you with any mediclaim card. No laptops and nothing will be provided to you and for trainings also you will not get any support from the L&D team also. So please think innumerable times before joining this company....Read More
