It was a big mistake joining this organization, They teach you all fraudulent ways of cheating customers. you will be an expert in 2-3 months. They do not have any product worth investing, only strategy is to dupe small investors and in semi urban and rural areas of the country. Fake Company and Fraud Management is there. Cannot process salaries on time, they are totally bankrupt organization.

No Moral No Ethics Only Agenda is to dupe small investors with unlisted shares which will never get listed promoters selling his own shares and offloading his stake to close this company and form another one for more looting Beware Investors cheated in Bheema Cements is an example.

No need likes , everything failure. Don't join anyone. It's very fact . It's a worst job culture area. Client will suffer every day then automatically employee will face consequences. No one support from higher side. It's 200% fraud company. If any not believing just join and face it or enquiry from many sources.

So basically G A Capital Management is basically a Private Limited Company where the HR will show you a great picture about the company but whenever you get into the company learnings will be 0, salary does not come from the first month if the employee is unable to provide business upto 5times of their CTC. Whenever the salary does not come nobody will be there who will inform you when the salary will be credited. There is a total mismanagement in the company. Even there is a problem with their Provident Fund. They will inform you during the interview that the mediclaim card will come in time but after 2months also they will not provide you with any mediclaim card. No laptops and nothing will be provided to you and for trainings also you will not get any support from the L&D team also. So please think innumerable times before joining this company....Read More
