Being an agile and growth organization, there is no scope of having talent on bench. Moreover, _G10X's business model demands all hands-on deck to offer hyper personalized service to our esteemed customers. Since we are a performance-based organization, we have the mechanism to groom and support all our team members to continuously improve and perform. At the initial phase of Covid, like any other growing organization, we too have faced a month of anxiety, not before and not after . We are running our payroll on the last working day of every month even though as per our appointment letter, the payroll disbursement schedule of previous month's salary is before the 7th of succeeding month.
