Atleast you can get something apart form your salary

You never expect things to happen on time, like Appraisals, Inventories, and Bonous and bonanza, which they have committed to never happening on time. You have to wait for more than 12 to 13 months for the single month incentive.

One advantage is the opportunity to earn additional infectives on top of your regular salary providing extra financial rewards for your hardwork and performance

Dislikes

A worst part is that the timing of incentive payouts is always unpredictable, often resulting in delays of 10 - 11 months. This uncertainty can make it difficult to plan and commit to financial obligations affecting your ability to provide your family & other commitments
