Work Environment is very good. We have lot of changes in beginning, so I learnt lot from it. At my post I am taking lot of good decision for school growths. Career Growth is excellent. Works independent environment. Supportive staff.

Dislikes

Management is poor. Till date I have to changes some schools rules for schools growths. But some how management not giving permission.

Work Details

In begining it's challenging, now all manageable. Taking with parents. Learning from them. Changes in teaching environment with teachers for them. Motivating students for extra curricular activities.Just I love my job at G S Jangid.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
