I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a solution. I enjoy my workplace's collaborative environment and the opportunity to work.

Dislikes

I like my job, but my employer has room for improvement regarding staff retention. I can sense the team’s attitude as a whole deteriorating. I’ve enjoyed all the projects and work, and the office atmosphere is lovely.

1. No job security. 2. They hire staff from good company & ruin the carrier, by send them on long leave which is never ending. 3. Any time company can fire you, because they have chamcha on site, if your relationship with that chamcha is not good than your job will be in danger, that chamcha can be a driver, cook, store helper, office boy or any other generally not technical person. 4. Too much politics, promotion dependent on buttering,and favouriteism, company management and co HR try to improve site employee facility but site HR worst , thay only trited only some staff like manage and above.

Every management is very good and 15 Aug & 26 Jan. functional award is given to an employee after 5 years, 10 years and 15 years.

The only thing I did not like is that any employee is sent on long leave after completion of work.
