Company and its management is good in some cases. But some of things lacks behind comparison to other organisation. Salary on time makes this organisation good.

Dislikes

Job in private sector is never secured in any organisation. Organisation loves u for getting goal achieved. Apart from this u never ever know when organisation will stop loving uuuuuu.

Work Details

My work is to handle farmers whose land is being acquired in road along with maintaining relations with government officials. Monitoring HR works in my section. Handling and solving disputes of camp and site. Preparing and maintaining data's.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
