SALARY IS ON TIME. SATURDAY & SUNDAY OFF FOR OFFICE EMPLOYEES, WORKING FOR 9 HOURS IN A DAY. FOR SITE EMPLOYEES WORKING IS FOR 12 TO 14 HOURS A DAY AND NO OFF DAY IN FULL MONTH. ENTRY IF DELAY BY 15 MINUTES FROM 8:00 AM, FULL DAY SALARY DEDUCTED.

TOO MANY PERSONS INVOLVED IN SAME JOB. MANAGEMENT HAS NO PROPER VISION. NO IDEA OF EXECUTING PROJECTS. TOO MANY EMPLOYEES IN GURGAON OFFICE, ENJOYING. NO WORK. SPENDING TIME HAVING COFFEE.

Every management is very good and 15 Aug & 26 Jan. functional award is given to an employee after 5 years, 10 years and 15 years.

The only thing I did not like is that any employee is sent on long leave after completion of work.

Working days are from Monday to Friday means 5 days with 15 minutes relaxation in reporting time. Because too much staff, work load is less.

GR company bahut acchi company hai jismein mujhe kam karne mein bahut Khushi Mili hai aur main chahta Hun FIR dobara main GR mein joining kar sakun aur kam karne ka mauka milega
