I am writing to express my shock and profound disappointment at being nominated as surplus staff without any prior notice or explanation. Despite my unwavering dedication and hard work since joining the company in September 2022, I have continually faced significant challenges, including: - Lack of work culture - Poor work-life balance - Subpar quality standards on site "_Warning: Toxic Work Environmet_" As a employee, I experienced firsthand the unacceptable behavior of senior managers, who regularly used abusive language when interacting with junior staff. This toxic behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile work environment. Furthermore, the company fails to provide basic hospitality and decent working conditions at the site. The quality of food provided by management is extremely low, reflecting their disregard for employees' well-being.
