The only people who would love to stay in the organisation for a longer time would be the people working in the BD, Presales and LMS teams. The OPS team was, is and will always be in pathetic condition. There's no room thought process given for upskilling the employees. They would hire a Senior resource from outside, but they pay least heed in providing growth opportunities to internal resources.

I had very bad experience with the team I was working with. The reporting TL was selfish to show that she is the only person working on projects and complaint about me without any reason to the top management. There was a partiality shown between the contract employees and on-roll employees.

Deepti Sharma was the team lead I was reporting to. She was ill treating me as if I don't know to work and what ever she does is correct. She gave very bad feedback unnecessarily to her reporting Manager and to the top management. I resigned my job within 2 months because of her. The kind of work at Gcube is very diverse and just working on projects can upgrade your skills. Thats about it. The pay is ok, and there’ll be no time to train yourself.

Ridiculous work expectations with even worse timelines. You are asked to create some 40 plus highly detailed slides for a visual sb of a level 3 course in a day, EVERY day. Their estimates dont account for content analysis and basically you’ll be pulled for being slack when actually the problem is their work ethics. HR pretends to offer full time opportunities but systematically kicks out batches of people on a yearly basis. They keep advertising the same jobs for a decade because they keep kicking people out instead of offering increments. When asked to leave, it is usually on the basis of trumped up allegations and accusations with no evidence and a kangaroo court style process. Also this is an owner-managed company that is in a desperate mode to grow the business and has to outsource work with the eventual errors that they happily blame on their already overworked staff.
