Salary transfer good👍 time to time

Dislikes

Some management is very poor like Nandlal ( assistant production manager), his cooperation is very poor with new employees. And due to him all new employees in production are used to leave the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
