It's a great place to learn and grow. There is creative freedom, recognition and growth. The top management is very supportive and down-to-earth. Been almost two years and I am very happy to be a part of FYERS and its growth. it's a flexible place to work and have awesome colleagues.

Salary and benefits are good

Micromanagement, Company culture is at it's worst, No job security they can remove any employee just because of personal grudges(especially Managers & HRs)

Culture is excellent and people are absolutely passionate about what they create at FYERS. Benefits is best in class and we get subsidized healthy meal which is very unique (not available even on delivery apps :) )
