My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. They deduct whole day salary, if the time period circle is not complete,even if uh not able to complete 1 min working hours, ur whole day salary deducted. TIME PERIOD CIRCLE- it's a circle where ur whole working hour's mention, basically it's 5 hr period circle which is u hve to complete through calling, but issue is take a 6 to 7 hrs to complete of 5 hr circle.
