My Name is Aniket Gawali & I have join the Futurz dated on 24 April 2023 and worked for more then one month. After that i have got some personal issue thats why i rush back to village on urgent basis. I know i need to inform but i didn't i have just texted to my manager. But then she told me yo aubmit the id card and sim but i told her please consider me with some days. But after that she keep my salary on hold. When i asked her why then she told me you are being marked as abscond then i told ger maam but i told you please consider me with some days. She told me no. After that she told me she will release the salary if i submit the id card and sim card i have submitted it. But then someone from management called me and said that its because they want id and sim they hust bluff that we will release your salary. Currently now no one is picking up my calls and didn't even revert me on messages.
