Well the company is good for the people who want to work with marketing agency as they have many small projects to give you good experience with.Sometimes flexible work from home facility helps you manage work and personal life.

Dislikes

Managers are not at all skilled and have no marketing plan on table for any of the new or old project. They are just sitting in same position since many years doing the same thing (no upgrades) They will totally depend on your capability to handle client but on the other hand will take complete credit of anything good and give you full credit for anything wrong happened .What they are good at is taking out your faults, insult you in front of other colleagues and they don’t give you any opportunity to grow up. Means they are good for nothing but a demotivator to your team.You will miss any team interaction or team meetings as managers go with their own ego and they find it very poor to sit with there team. The company also has micro management policies where you cannot talk to your fellow employee, cannot put headphones , even they tried to use phone jammers to block you from other side of world. They will try to pull you up if they find you friendly with other team member. Overall I will not recommend anyone to join this company until they are somehow in vulnerable situation....Read More
