It was the worst Experience working in Futurism Technology. no gain about the relevant knowledge for the specific role. The interview focused on Python, SQL,DBMS, and RDBMS, but the task assigned were limited to updating images, short description , long description about the product on website. Very bad management, no benefits, the work life balance is in minus you have work extra hours every day and mostly on Fridays moree. Micro-management is there. HR won’t respond until they need anything from us. For discussions like salary appraisal they take 3-4 months to respond and end up giving nuts like hike to everyone and say no hike if you don’t even want 2-3% of it.
