Absolutely nothing! This company is a huge scam.
The company CEO has absolutely no idea what he is doing. He is a child and is still figuring out what management means. The Digital Marketing manager is childish, sadistic, and totally immature. Every person in this organization just somehow tries to survive for a year to get experience, and then finds a better alternative right after. The intelligent ones leave the organization during their probation period itself. The funniest part is that when I joined, the HR lead of the company was the first person to warn me against the dirty politics in the company. And it was the HR itself, who adviced me to leave the organization as early as possible and also resigned before me. There is no growth, and no learning here. Because eventually you end up knowing more than your reporting managers. And they can't take it. The managers are completely clueless of what they are doing. And the irony is that your work is analysed, judged, and criticized by those who know absolutely nothing about it. They get cheap to the extent that they ask the employees to make reels with more girls to get more followers. This is the last company you would want to work in....Read More

1. Let's start with addressing the Fake reviews on all of the platforms. It's a habit of the founder (a 23 yo kid) that whenever the rating drops below 3.5, he forces and scolds his team members to write good reviews on these platforms. The data speaks for itself, look the date when the reviews are posted, you will get to understandthat there are a lot of bulk reviews posted on the same day. Example - 7th Jan 2025. DO NOT TRUST SUCH REVIEWS! 2. If you are still joining, well forget about working hours and days. There will be times where you will be scolded for not lifting calls outside working hours and also on Sundays. The Founder's hero and inspiration is Bhavish Agarwal so you will get to know automatically 3. There's no such thing as leaves. You will be scolded brutally and sometimes laid off for asking for leaves even if you have sufficient leaves balance available. The reason why the leaves are present in the system is only because of they should be complaint to the Govt.'s rule of leaves for the employees. 4. If you are still stubborn and want to join, Don't trust the compensation mentioned on your Offer Letters. Always ask for the full fixed component. It's because the Variable component is just for you to feel happy looking at the overall CTC number. You are definitely not going to get that unless you are the favorite person to the founders 5. The company is bootstrapped and never has any funds with them (atleast that's what they say) so never expect a hike. There's no such thing as Performance Review, Feedback etc. where you will be evaluated and awared with a hike. You won't get it 6. There isn't a single ethical way of operation in this company. No proper Mission, Vision and Goal. It's a proper Sales-driven organization where it's only about Revenue and profits without any Culture, Product Vision and Outlook, Technological Intergrations etc. Everyone must get some revenue or else you are doomed. There's a Customer Experience as such too, because of which a lot of the Customers suffered a lot in the past without any jobs 7. Forget about teams there is no need for anyone beyond Sales Team. Ofcourse there are other teams too. Marketing - Only there because it's the Founder's fav domain and wants things to be attractive, Technology - I don't know why there's a team at this point, it's only a bunch of support person and not a single engineering person in it, Finance- 2 people because to release salaries and check how much loss is made every quarter and make some invoices that's it, HR- It's because they need to hire people and then do once a year Secret Santa event, Product - There isn't any product, they sell only programs which is academic in nature. So this team is only there is take a bunch of classes and then make some documents for the sales to sell ahead 8. Coming to meetings, they are the worst part which is the primary driver for people to leave the company. Not a single meeting goes properly. You will be scolded brutally in each and every daily,weekly,monthly etc etc meetings. The MD doesn't have a single drop of empathy in him and doesn't matter at what position you are in, what condition you hold. You are done everyday 9. The notice period is 3 months so you can't leave early also unless you are under probation but that too the notice isn't fixed, it totally depends on the manager. So they have the right to extend upto 4 months too. So don't trust that clause. Nowadays companies are expecting immediate joiners so don't spoil your career 10. There isn't any senior leadership so don't expect any learnings from your career. It's only the MD, CEO and CPO who have been working together since ages and the rest of the senior management either left or expelled after they couldn't afford them.
