One of the best companies I've worked at. A lot of room from growth and learning.

Dislikes

On-site job 😅 Although it can be justified with the nature of the work and the productivity, but if they had an option of working from home, I never would have parted my ways with them.

The company has a lot of learning opportunities. The fact that there are people from diverse backgrounds makes the experience even more interesting. The company is ready to put its faith in freshers which is very rare and works amazingly because you get to learn everything first hand through experiences.

Dislikes

If the company had either work from home or a more flexible hybrid situation, it would've been absolutely perfect.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
