We are extremely grateful for the trust our client partners have in us. This enables us to make our candidates’ dreams of working for such esteemed organizations a reality with ease. Once the deployment with one client partner comes to an end, there are three scenarios. Client partner will convert the candidate into an FTE (Full Time Employee) Else, we will deploy the candidate with another client partner – This requires an interview given that every client partner will have their own business needs to fulfill Else, if the candidate has completed 14 months with us, we will assist the candidate get a job outside Futurense if required. About the work timings, during the 2 months of the training period, the candidate has to come to our Training Facility (Office) for 6 days a week. Post that, the candidate is asked to work as per the client partner’s work policy. We strongly believe that a person who studies more is always one step ahead of the person who does not and 8 STUDYING Saturdays are definitely not harmful, especially when one’s getting paid for it.
