Good work environment and culture Appraisals are fait and they give good salary every year and company policeies are good management also transparent. Good very good.

Dislikes

Due covid 19 my salary credit in last month was 350rs only that's why I am very upset Even I am working before 6 years in future group and now my salary was 350rs Don't acceptable I am very old employee.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning I learnt everything on the job i got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
